Meet Iniki

Iniki Franklin, MSW, is the founder of WildflowerKulture LLC, where vision meets structure and ideas turn into action. With a background in social work and a deep understanding of people, systems, and impact-driven work, she partners with visionary women leaders—particularly Black women founders and nonprofit executives—to bring clarity to their ideas and execution to their plans.

Through a blend of strategic operations, thoughtful planning, and hands-on support, Iniki helps her clients move from overwhelmed and overextended to organized, focused, and fully supported—so they can lead, grow, and make the impact they’ve envisioned.

Seamless businesses run on the right tools; I’m here to support them behind the scenes.

Who we’ve worked with…

How amazing it is to have a project administrator, to have someone to help you organize all of the things, all of the moving parts.
— Sasha Ledawn, The Encouragist
I can give her something half-baked, an initial idea, it’s rough draft, it’s not fully fleshed out—and she takes it and evolves it, makes it better and better, excellent and ready for showtime.
— Elandria Jackson Charles, Ayoka Partners in Philantrophy
Before, I was just doing too many things and I was able to hand a lot of administrative tasks over to her; it helped me focus. That was the year my business grew and was one of my most successful years.
— DeaRonda Harrison, June First Firm
